Bronwyn , Andy and baby Tommy came to print their Save the Date cards for their wedding and stayed for tea. Tommy took my mind of it when others where smoking and the smell actually made me feel a little sick so not a bad experience but if smoking had taken place inside the house I may just have pleaded for one. Clearly I need to stay away from others at the moment until the will power is stronger. My dad reckons it would be a sin to give in now as I am almost through the worst of it, hope he is right! But am glad I opted for the e cig as a means of nicotine replacement as I don't feel like I am missing it as much.
2 days, 2 hours 40 minutes and 8 seconds smoke free! £14 saved!
Well done Fi. Just think how nice it will be for Baby Tommy to have a Nan who smells nice and not of stale smoke. Better for him to not to be passively smoking.
ReplyDeleteWell done Fi. I've never smoked so I can only imagine how hard it is, but I know you have the determination to do it. If you have a wobble, just remind yourself of all the benefits, not just your health, but everyone else's too and of curse the financial side is a bonus too! Just think of the amazing holidays you and Jim can have, and all the spoiling you can do of the girls and Tommy! Keep it up missus, I'm proud of you! xxxx
ReplyDeleteYour doing grand Fiona and it does get easier, I am 7 years off it and still find it hard on nights out when drinking but otherwise it is totally fine. The price is extortionate now!
